For those who are not familiar with forum, now is the time to learn. Read through this tutorial and hopefully it helps.

 Firstly, click on forum tab next to the home tab. You should now be redirected to the forum page. Scroll down to the topics you want to post in; for example see the image below.

 Now, search your topics or if there is not there, just create one.
